Public Relations and Marketing Chair
The Public Relations and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the following:
The Public Relations and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the following:
- Direct all the marketing and public relations activities.
- Develop and distribute announcements.
- Create flyers or hire someone to do so.
- Manage and maintain all social media pages. (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Add updates to website.
- Hire photographers and videographers for events.
- Work with Board to write, edit, and submit articles and newsletters.
Administrative Chair
The Administrative Chair is responsible for the following:

- Take meeting minutes.
- Draft invitation letters, memos, and other related correspondences.
- Communicate with vendors as appropriate.
- Manage volunteers at the Women's Fest Conference.
- Maintain appointments and schedules.
Finance Chair
The Finance Chair is responsible for the following:
The Finance Chair is responsible for the following:
- Draft fundraising letters.
- Keep record of Women's financials and track expenditures.
- Solicit grants, goods, and donations.
- Outreach to businesses and vendors to create WF Swag Bags.
- Have general oversight of financial reports.
- Make fiscally-sound recommendations.
**To be on the Women's Fest Board of Directors Planning Committee, the following is expected:
- Attend and participate in consecutive board meetings/conference calls. (Generally once a month)
- Attend and participate in a 2 day Board Retreat to plan the upcoming conference.
- Make an individual monetary contribution. (Board members do not have to pay to attend the WF)
- Provide leadership, wisdom, and creativity for the formulation of planning, progress, and practices that contribute to the success of the event/Team.
